Jerry Colangelo (né le 20 novembre 1939 à Chicago Heights, Illinois) est un homme d'affaires et dirigeant de sport États-Unis. Il est l'ancien propriétaire majoritaire des Phoenix Suns de National Basketball Association, des Phoenix Mercury de WNBA, des Arizona Rattlers en Arena Football League et des Arizona Diamondbacks en Major League Baseball. Il fut aussi l'artisan de la relocalisation de la franchise des Jets de Winnipeg en Ligue nationale de hockey à Phoenix (Arizona), Arizona devenant ainsi les Coyotes de Phoenix.
Il fut nommé directeur national de USA Basketball en 2005 et de l'Équipe des États-Unis de basket-ball championne olympique en Jeux olympiques d'été de 2008.
