Laccréditation est une reconnaissance par un organisme tiers de la compétence dune organisation (entreprise, ONG, etc.) dans un domaine donné. Laccréditation peut être une démarche volontaire, pour mettre en valeur sa compétence ou une obligation dans le cadre de certaine réglementation.Laccréditation sappuie sur un référentiel normatif définissant des Exigence_(ingénierie) en termes de système qualité et de compétence technique.
